- Installing or using KeyTimes constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
- If you do not agree, do not install the app or remove it from your device.

License
- We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use KeyTimes on devices you own or control.
- You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by applicable law.

Purchases
- KeyTimes may offer one-time purchases through the App Store.
- All transactions are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms; refund requests are processed through Apple Support.

Disclaimer of warranties
- KeyTimes is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or iOS version.
§ 05
Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nombi Sioi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if any.
