Installing or using FitSimp constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
If you do not agree, do not use the app and remove it from your device.

Nombi Sioi grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use FitSimp — including the iPhone app, the FitSimpWatch companion app, the Lock Screen widget, and the Live Activity — on devices you own or control.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sublicense, or redistribute the app except as permitted by applicable law.

Current pricing: FitSimp Pro is $9.99 USD per month or $59.99 USD per year. Local pricing is determined by Apple’s App Store pricing tiers.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policy.

FitSimp provides workout tracking, plan templates, and history visualization. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or coaching guidance.
Consult a qualified professional before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or specific performance goals.
You are responsible for the form, weights, and intensity you choose during your training. Stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.

Workouts, plans, notes, exercise photos, and other content you create in FitSimp belong to you. The app stores them locally on your device. The optional FitSimp account does not keep a cloud copy.
You can export your library at any time as CSV or as a `.fitsimp.json` / `.fitsimp.zip` backup from Profile → Data Management.
You are responsible for backing up your device. Because we do not keep server copies, we cannot recover data that is lost due to deletion, device failure, or restore conflicts.

From version 1.1.2, you can create an optional account with Sign in with Apple. Use an Apple Account that you control.
Protect access to your Apple Account and your signed-in devices. FitSimp does not ask for your Apple password or a separate FitSimp password.
You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Account → Delete Account. The FitSimp Privacy Policy describes the account data and how we delete it.

Use FitSimp only for lawful, personal training purposes.
Do not attempt to interfere with the app, probe for vulnerabilities, or use it to harass or harm others.

You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account (if you have one) and removing FitSimp from your devices.
We may suspend or end your access to FitSimp Pro features or to your account if you breach these terms or abuse the platform.

FitSimp is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that FitSimp will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, iOS version, or piece of equipment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nombi Sioi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including injury, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from your use of FitSimp.
Our total liability for any claim related to FitSimp is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription during the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms when the app, our pricing, or applicable law changes. The current version will always be available at this URL.
Material changes to subscription pricing will be communicated in advance through Apple’s subscription change flow.
